Kylie Jenner is 19 years young — today’s her big day — but her face has changed so much in the past few years.
The Lip Kit queen was a fresh-faced, pigtail-wearing cutie back in 2004, three years before Keeping Up With the Kardashians put
her fame on the map. She was a lot like other tweens, trying
out accessories and test-driving bangs (with iffy results). Then she
found her way into big sis Kimmie’s makeup bag — and
started experimenting with lip fillers — and she hasn’t looked back.

With Kylie now being a makeup maven herself, her mug doesn’t make it
onto Instagram — or a red carpet — without a shellacking, with a special
