Sidney Royel Selby, better known as Desiigner, was released without bail Saturday after being arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on three misdemeanor counts of menacing and drug possession — but no gun charges.
Several felony charges including menacing, possession of a loaded firearm, possession of drugs with intent to sell and possession of controlled substances were dropped after an arraignment on Saturday morning since no evidence of the alleged gun could be found, and Desiigner was only a passenger in the SUV as four other people were arrested Thursday after a road rage incident.
A large quantity of pills as well as several controlled substances were found in the vehicle, but his attorney stated that pills were anabolic steroids prescribed to the driver.
While testing on the pills and substances remain further investigation, Desiigner will most likely not see any of the charges.

“There’s nothing here. There’s nothing recovered,” Adam Konta, Desiigner’s lawyer, said during the court hearing. “There really is nothing here.”
