Tom Holland dishes on Spider-Man: Homecoming at Atlanta children's hospital

Spider-Man: Homecoming star Tom Holland recently visited Egleston Children’s Hospital of Atlanta dressed as the web-slinger, and now there’s video of his meet-and-greet with patients and chat with Seacrest Studios about the Marvel movie.
Seacrest Studios Atlanta is the hospital’s broadcast media center established by the Ryan Seacrest Foundation to help patients stay connected with the outside world. While Holland posed for photos alongside some of his younger fans, the actor discussed his role during an interview at the Studios.
“Spider-Man has always been a huge part of my life,” he said. “I loved the movies, I loved the comics, and I always just wanted to be Spider-Man. I could never have imagined that this would become a reality, and then to be here today and meet all you guys is such a privilege.”
His costar Jacob Batalon, who plays Ned in Homecomingalso came along for the visit, but Holland was sporting his Spider-Man costume. “I break them quite a lot because I have to do a lot of stunts and flips and stuff, so they rip,” Holland said of his suit. “So, I think, we have 20 suits, I think, that we alternate. This is, actually, what we would call a beauty suit, which means it’s ‘picture ready.’ And then we have a stunt suit, which isn’t as nice as this one.”

Holland posted some photos of his visit to Instagram a couple weeks ago, and you can see more in the video above. “Thank you to our wonderful Marvel team for making today possible,” he wrote at the time. “I’m glad we could share it together. I loved every minute.”
